Never afraid to proactively tackle projects that might seem too daunting, you will find me at my most energised where I see there’s an opportunity to bring people together to add real and enduring value to a community. While I enjoy the intellectual stimulation that comes with developing and delivering a strategy where there are multiple stakeholders and complex areas of contribution and effect, I gain just as much enjoyment in seeing teams achieve results having supported them to make these occur.
